One of the happiest days of my life was graduating The CIA, or The Culinary Institute of America. Since that day in 1991, my passion for cooking and creative culinary endeavors has never waned.

In 1997, with the arrival of my first child on the horizon, I embarked on a plan to create a catering company that would serve the diverse needs of the Westchester Community. In many ways, I’ve gone through life’s experiences with you, having celebrated birthdays, Mitzvas, graduations and weddings.

Together with my wife Tamara, we’ve been able to plan and execute exceptional parties, that honor your vision for your celebration.
